Manage and develop Workato’s EMEA SDR team, owning recruiting, onboarding, coaching, quota attainment, and pipeline performance. Design AI-driven outbound strategies using buyer signals, intent data, and prospecting tools. Partner with RevOps, marketing, sales leaders, and account executives to improve messaging, handoffs, conversion rates, reporting, and forecast accuracy. Build dashboards and scalable processes while developing SDRs for future Account Executive roles.
