Leads regional technical sales, customer demonstrations, architecture and security discussions, hands-on software development, integrations, and AI agent deployments. Builds and manages engineering, integration, and pre-sales teams; ensures production accuracy; gathers customer feedback; supports localization; partners with global Product; and manages technical customer relationships and escalations.

Build and deploy AI agents that transform enterprise workflows. The engineer embeds with customers to understand operational needs, designs integrations and production systems, manages deployments from prototype through launch, measures outcomes, and iterates based on real-world evidence. Responsibilities include architecture, APIs, data flows, distributed systems, monitoring, reliability, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to develop reusable platform tools and best practices.

Lead and close complex enterprise sales across a regional market, growing existing accounts and acquiring new customers. Build relationships with C-suite and senior technology and customer service leaders, manage sales pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce, and sell AI-driven solutions based on business value. The role requires consistently exceeding revenue targets, navigating long multi-stakeholder sales cycles, generating leads, and partnering with system integrators and hyperscalers in a high-growth environment.
