Build and own backend features end-to-end for an AI-native SaaS platform using Java and Spring. Design, implement, test, release and operate services, create REST APIs, contribute to data modelling with the Elastic Stack, add observability, respond to incidents, participate in Agile squads, and use AI-assisted tooling like Claude Code to accelerate development.

Embed within an Agile product team to design, maintain and execute manual and automated tests for web applications and APIs. Define test cases, prioritise regression packs, use AI-assisted testing tools to improve coverage and automation, report bugs, influence QA processes, and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

As a Lead Technology Product Manager, you will develop AI-powered capabilities, collaborate closely with design and engineering teams, and enhance the product experience for clients in legal tech.
