Owns a key product pillar end-to-end, from customer discovery and problem framing through design, delivery, and impact measurement. Partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership to shape complex B2B SaaS workflows. Uses qualitative research, product analytics, prototyping, system thinking, and AI tools to guide decisions. Contributes reusable patterns to the design system, raises design quality, and influences long-term product direction.

Lead a cross-disciplinary team of 4–5 engineers while remaining hands-on in software architecture, performance, reliability, cloud-native AWS systems, technical innovation, and production delivery. Responsibilities include line management, coaching, quality ownership, architectural direction, stakeholder alignment, emerging technology evaluation, and deliberate use of AI tools. The role requires extensive software engineering experience and expertise in enterprise SaaS, distributed systems, deployment environments, and technical leadership.

Develop and validate trustworthy clinical AI and decision-support systems, incorporating clinical reasoning, safety evaluation, evidence-based medicine, and expert testing. Partner with product, engineering, editorial, business development, customers, and strategic partners on clinical implementations and outcomes studies. Represent the organization through clinical presentations, publications, thought leadership, and customer engagements. Optional clinical practice may comprise up to 20% of the role.
