Seeking an Organizational Transformation/Change Analyst to apply the ADKAR methodology, drive change initiatives, plan and execute awareness campaigns, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities include managing change initiatives, planning campaigns, analyzing stakeholder engagement, and facilitating change activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and preferred experience in change management, supervisory roles, and Agile environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.

Account Managers manage the largest and most strategically important accounts, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded, expanding business levels, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

Provide customer focused analytics to maximize efficiency and profitability of logistics operation. Develop and maintain reports for customers and customer service teams. Utilize financial, logistical, and procurement databases to assist in reporting. Must be highly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers.

Provide customer service to drivers regarding compliance to their hours of service, research and update driver requests through computer systems, handle audit reports for violations, monitor in-cab device communication issues, review paper logs for accuracy, document driver incidents and complaints, review MVRs for DOT legality, and perform general clerical duties.

Oversee and enhance capacity development, provide strategic sales support, optimize freight flows, drive brokerage solutions, and support regional operations for the Intermodal Division.
