Drive channel strategy and partner relationships (VARs and SIs) across DACH: recruit, onboard, enable, and co-sell with partners; develop joint GTM and demand-generation programs; monitor partner performance and pipelines; run business reviews and represent the company at industry events to meet revenue targets.

Own and grow strategic OEM alliances across NVIDIA, Dell, Supermicro, Hitachi, HPE, and Lenovo in EMEA. Develop joint go-to-market strategies, enable partner sales and pre-sales teams, drive joint pipeline and revenue, secure executive buy-in, coordinate cross-OEM integrated solutions, and run training and enablement programs to position WEKA for GPU-optimized AI workloads.

Lead WEKA's DACH sales expansion to acquire new enterprise HPC and Generative AI customers. Build pipeline, close net-new logos, manage VAR/OEM partner relationships, accelerate adoption, and collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering to drive customer success and revenue growth.
