Teams at Waystone

Lead and manage client relationships for investment fund clients, coordinating with investment managers, boards, and service providers. Ensure operational effectiveness, governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial profitability. Develop account plans, capture opportunities for cross-sell/upsell, maintain Salesforce records, represent Waystone at board meetings, and drive process improvements and regulatory change projects.

Lead and support cyber consulting engagements including vulnerability and cloud security assessments, Microsoft 365 reviews, third-party risk, phishing simulations, incident response exercises, tooling and managed services operation, client reporting and proposals, and mentoring junior team members.

Manage a portfolio of fund/entity clients (primarily Cayman and Bermuda): organize board/shareholder meetings, prepare/review materials and minutes, handle board/service provider changes and filings, ensure proper authorizations, assist with financial statement approvals, maintain client records, liaise with registered offices, support liquidations and project work, train team members, and perform administrative tasks to deliver professional corporate secretarial services.
