Supports the enhancement and oversight of the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Leads risk-system optimisation, business requirements, solution design, testing, automation, Power BI dashboards, risk data quality, reporting, thematic reviews, and second-line risk challenge. Partners with business units and senior stakeholders to improve risk methodologies, governance, reporting, risk culture, and identification of emerging risks.

Oversee private equity fund accounting services, including fund deliverables, waterfall calculations, financial statements, audits, and client reporting. Manage relationships with fund managers, auditors, depositaries, and other stakeholders. Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensure timely and accurate deliverables, and support system enhancements, testing, automation, and process improvements.

The Billing Manager manages NAV and AUM data, performs reconciliations, prepares management company fee calculations, supports invoice generation, resolves billing discrepancies, maintains controls and records, assists audits, and contributes to billing process and technology improvements. The role partners with Finance, Operations, Legal, Relationship Management, and other internal teams while supporting accurate revenue reporting and client billing.
