Lead and manage client relationships for investment fund clients, coordinating with investment managers, boards, and service providers. Manage a portfolio of fund/entity clients (primarily Cayman and Bermuda): organize board/shareholder meetings, prepare/review materials and minutes, handle board/service provider changes and filings, ensure proper authorizations, assist with financial statement approvals, maintain client records, liaise with registered offices, support liquidations and project work, train team members, and perform administrative tasks to deliver professional corporate secretarial services.

Manage end-to-end payroll for ~1,800 employees across multiple jurisdictions, liaise with external providers and internal teams, prepare payroll and pension payments, maintain payroll systems and reports, resolve queries, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead end-to-end Group MI and investor reporting, manage FP&A systems and data governance, drive automation and standardisation, deliver forward-looking revenue analysis, coordinate budgeting/forecasting, and manage a two-person MI team to produce executive-grade reporting and insights.
