The Director of European ETF Sales is responsible for driving sales strategies, building relationships with clients, educating on ETFs, and collaborating internally while analyzing market trends and sales performance.

Manage a portfolio of fund/entity clients (primarily Cayman and Bermuda): organize board/shareholder meetings, prepare/review materials and minutes, handle board/service provider changes and filings, ensure proper authorizations, assist with financial statement approvals, maintain client records, liaise with registered offices, support liquidations and project work, train team members, and perform administrative tasks to deliver professional corporate secretarial services.

Provide legal advice and support for formation and launch of European fund structures (AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID). Draft, review and negotiate contracts, monitor regulatory changes, manage legal projects and external counsel, and deliver internal and client-facing legal guidance balancing commercial and legal risk.

Act as AMLCO/MLRO for offshore funds: implement and review AML policies, perform testing and SAR investigations, report to boards, manage and train the AMLCO team, oversee deliverables, support client onboarding and regulatory interactions.

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple jurisdictions for ~1,800 employees, liaise with external providers and internal partners, maintain payroll systems and controls, prepare reports, handle queries, pensions and regional tax requirements, and drive process automation and continuous improvement.

Provide MLRO services for a portfolio of UCITS and AIFMD funds: prepare quarterly MLRO reports, maintain AML policies/risk assessments, conduct on-site inspections, deliver AML training, handle sanctions alerts and suspicious transaction investigations, liaise with stakeholders, and support senior management.

Lead the digital and AI design agenda: define strategy and roadmap, discover and re-engineer processes, translate opportunities into solution definitions, and build a high-performing team while ensuring governance, compliance and stakeholder adoption across fund administration and operations.
