Lead product vision and player experience for a major AAA game across multiple studios. Define product pillars, quality bars, and success criteria; drive validation through pre-production and vertical slice; partner with creative, development and production to balance ambition with scope, budget and schedule; champion players using playtesting and data; build stakeholder confidence and enable aligned, autonomous decision-making across teams.

The Management Trainee will analyze workflows, support project management, engage in stakeholder meetings, and contribute to cross-functional projects. They will develop presentations and solve operational challenges creatively.

Act as the Jira subject-matter expert: design and maintain Jira boards, workflows and reports; build executive dashboards and custom analytics; support sprint planning and backlog management; coach Producers and teams in Jira best practices; automate reporting; ensure data accuracy and support client-facing metrics and visualisations to improve delivery transparency and forecasting.
