Lead and deliver videogame projects from onboarding through submission, coordinating development teams and partners, setting milestones, tracking progress, removing blockers, ensuring timely asset delivery, and mentoring associate producers while supporting hiring and stakeholder management for AAA PC/console titles.

The Executive Producer will oversee a large AAA game project across studios, manage production schedules, ensure quality deliverables, and lead communication among teams and clients.

The Management Trainee will analyze workflows, support project management, engage in stakeholder meetings, and contribute to cross-functional projects. They will develop presentations and solve operational challenges creatively.
