The Quantitative Strategist role involves building predictive models, developing trading strategies, analyzing risks, and automating research tasks in a collaborative financial firm environment.

Manage deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of electronic trading systems across global venues. Provide counterparty support, risk management, system triage, optimization, and technical troubleshooting in a Linux environment. Collaborate with traders and exchanges to understand market structure and respond decisively to high-stress, time-sensitive incidents. The role requires programming ability, strong communication, technical agility, and interest in financial markets and low-latency systems.

Design and develop RTL for low-latency FPGA and ASIC trading applications, owning hardware designs from specification through verification and production deployment. Improve build, simulation, and verification infrastructure, and coordinate live hardware deployments. The role requires FPGA or ASIC experience, strong SystemVerilog or VHDL and cocotb skills, familiarity with vendor toolchains, and knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as Ethernet, PCIe, and AXI.
