Performs quality control analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished pharmaceutical products. Reviews analytical data, conducts peer reviews, supports method transfers and verifications, qualifies and troubleshoots instruments, generates protocols, and participates in complex projects. The role also provides team training and ensures compliance with SOPs, GMP, environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Leads continuous improvement initiatives and technical solutions for high-speed, automated pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. Supports manufacturing processes, resolves complex equipment and process issues, analyzes performance data, prepares technical reports, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve quality, compliance, reliability, and productivity. The role requires autonomous prioritization, project leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in regulated drug or medical-device manufacturing environments.

Lead risk management activities for medical devices and combination products throughout development. Maintain ISO 14971 and design control documentation, assess and mitigate product risks, support regulatory submissions and change controls, and partner with Device Development, Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams. Serve as the risk management subject matter expert while driving quality system and continuous improvement initiatives.
