Lead architecture and execution of vNode runtime integration with containerd and the kubelet, define and test namespace-based isolation primitives, mentor engineers, run design reviews, operate internal tenant clusters, and represent the project in upstream communities and conferences.

Lead architecture and backend development for the vCluster platform by designing and implementing Kubernetes-native solutions in Go, owning features end-to-end, contributing to open-source, and solving deep systems challenges around multi-tenancy, isolation, and GPU infrastructure.

Own test strategy and automation frameworks across backend services and UI. Design and maintain scalable test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, influence architecture for testability, perform exploratory testing, and drive quality across engineering and product in a fast-moving startup.

Lead rapid prototyping, architectural research, and complex technical projects for a Kubernetes virtualization platform. Partner with the CTO to shape product direction, integrate new technologies, and occasionally engage customers to translate needs into engineering solutions. Provide technical leadership beyond coding and mentor the team.

Architect and build core backend components of the vCluster platform by working deeply with Kubernetes internals. Write high-performance Go code, take end-to-end ownership from design to release, contribute to open-source projects, and solve complex systems and multi-tenancy problems for GPU and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
