Lead strategic software engineering initiatives for Vanta’s AI and Data Risk team. Design, develop, and own scalable SaaS product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Partner with product and design teams, make architectural tradeoffs, mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, and establish engineering excellence across a growing UK and Ireland organization.

Lead product marketing for Vanta across EMEA by defining regional go-to-market strategy, developing market-specific positioning and messaging, executing product launches and campaigns, creating customer-journey content, analyzing customer and competitive insights, and influencing product strategy, pricing, and packaging. The role partners closely with demand generation, sales, customer success, product, finance, and operations. It is hybrid and requires being based in London or Dublin.

Own the full sales cycle for early-stage EMEA prospects, from outbound and inbound engagement through negotiation and close. Run high-volume discovery calls, manage a broad pipeline, close deals within approximately 30 days, optimize sales workflows, tailor demos and messaging, and provide product feedback. The role requires French fluency and is based in a Dublin office-centric hybrid environment.
