Teams at Vanta

Lead Vanta’s EMEA enterprise sales organization and build its enterprise sales motion from the ground up. Own revenue, pipeline, forecasting, win rates, deal size, and quota attainment while coaching managers and account executives. Develop playbooks, hire and grow talent, support strategic customer deals, and align sales, marketing, RevOps, product marketing, partnerships, and enablement. Represent the enterprise buyer internally and influence product, pricing, packaging, and regional investment decisions.

Provide Tier 3/4 technical support for Vanta's SaaS platform, resolve complex customer issues, create reproducible test cases, escalate and validate bugs with Engineering, maintain customer documentation, and act as trusted technical contact for Premium Support customers while meeting SLAs and participating in on-call rotations.

Lead strategic software engineering initiatives for Vanta’s AI and Data Risk team. Design, develop, and own scalable SaaS product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Partner with product and design teams, make architectural tradeoffs, mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, and establish engineering excellence across a growing UK and Ireland organization.
