Manage a CLO analytics team for European Corporate Trust: hire, train, coach, and oversee daily deliverables (financial models, waterfalls, investor reports, test trades). Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Relationship Management and Deal Admin to ensure compliance, client service, process improvement, and complex problem resolution.

Manage cash and asset reconciliations, process and settle bond and syndicated loan trades, produce daily cash and client reporting, investigate exceptions, ensure liquidity via money market funds, liaise with clients and counterparties, and support monthly investor reporting for CLO/CDO portfolios.

Lead financial and regulatory reporting for Dublin fund administration: prepare and review IFRS/GAAP financial statements, ensure regulatory filings (Annex IV, CPO-PQR, Form PF, MMIF, SPV), drive process and technology improvements, manage local and remote teams, and deliver accurate timely reporting while developing staff and promoting a positive work environment.
