Leads Uisce Éireann’s talent management framework, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and graduate, internship, and early careers programmes. Partners with senior leaders to identify capability needs, manage talent policies and processes, oversee programme governance and budgets, analyze workforce insights, and develop future talent pipelines. The role also manages external learning providers, supports procurement and contracts, and leads a team while driving continuous improvement and organizational transformation.

Manages employee and industrial relations across a large unionized organization. Advises managers and HR teams on employment law, disciplinary and grievance matters, investigations, equality issues, organizational change, and workplace policies. Engages and negotiates with trade unions, manages WRC and Labour Court cases, supports transformation initiatives, develops ER/IR strategies and training, analyzes trends, and promotes consistent best practices while maintaining positive industrial relations.

Supports, analyzes, develops, tests, and maintains financial applications including Oracle E-Business Suite, Hyperion, Kofax, and MarkView. The role manages incidents, problems, upgrades, patching, documentation, business continuity testing, external providers, and stakeholder relationships. It also contributes to application design, project delivery, process improvement, information security compliance, and out-of-hours support.
