Partner with engineering and product leaders across EMEA to lead full-cycle technical recruiting for complex R&D roles. Use market intelligence and talent analytics to design sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, deliver structured interview frameworks, manage candidate experience, negotiate offers (including equity), and scale hiring programs while collaborating with cross-functional TA and People teams.

Design and implement AI/ML features for conversation intelligence: build end-to-end pipelines from data ingestion and feature engineering to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Instrument services with metrics and telemetry, participate in on-call rotations and progressive rollouts, and collaborate across teams to review code and improve production inference reliability and performance.

Generate and develop new business pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting. Research accounts, execute personalized outreach (calls, email, social), use Salesforce/Outreach/Sales Navigator, partner with Account Executives, meet monthly lead-generation targets, and participate in onboarding and occasional team travel.
