Teams at Twilio

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate high-throughput, low-latency distributed voice services. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams, participate in Agile planning, provide on-call support, and develop scalable, reliable solutions for global production environments. The role also requires evaluating AI-generated code, using AI coding assistants, and maintaining clear technical documentation.

Provides technical support for Twilio’s Voice, Platform Application, and Segment products. Troubleshoots full-stack code, APIs, network connectivity, QoS, SIP, VoIP, and IP telephony issues; supports developers, architects, partners, and non-technical customers. Collaborates with Product and Engineering teams, reports reproducible bugs, communicates customer feedback, and contributes to process improvements. The remote Ireland-based role includes five-day rosters, weekend and holiday support, and approximately 5% travel.

Generates qualified sales pipeline for Twilio’s New Business and Strategic Sales teams through account research, outbound calls, personalized emails, and social selling. The role develops relationships with prospects, identifies opportunities, meets monthly pipeline goals, uses Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator, and partners with Account Executives on account strategies and territory plans. Training is provided, and the role is remote in Ireland with approximately 0% travel.
