Own, retain, and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers by driving renewals, upsell, and net revenue growth. Act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, execute TraceLink's enterprise sales methodology, manage full sales cycle, collaborate with ADRs and Solutions Consulting, and ensure high retention and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.

Provide technical product support for customers, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate complex problems, document cases, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and help improve support processes and knowledge base to ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform account-based outbound and inbound prospecting for assigned accounts: research and map decision-makers, qualify leads, drive engagement, support upsell/renewals, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate pipeline and executive meetings.
