Lead end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of multiple complex AI/data programs. Define program strategy, roadmaps, governance, technical oversight, vendor management, and embed responsible AI practices while mentoring cross-functional teams and ensuring quality, timelines, and margins.

Provide commercial contracting support for procurement and vendor agreements, own contract lifecycle management in the CLM, draft/negotiate NDAs, SaaS and services agreements, manage renewals and metadata hygiene, escalate privacy/security/IP risks, and maintain templates and playbooks while partnering with procurement, product, and finance.

Design, train, fine-tune, distill, and deploy LLM-based and agentic ML models. Build and operate agent workflows in Python, run evaluation and benchmarking, select models and cost strategies, and manage production monitoring and observability for model performance and reliability.
