Lead strategy and execution for Toast's core web platform and growth surfaces. Evolve component libraries, tooling, build systems, and microfrontend architecture to improve developer experience, performance, and reliability across many SPAs. Partner with product and design to drive measurable growth outcomes, break initiatives into incremental milestones, and coach engineers and managers in a hybrid environment.
