Lead end-to-end product design for Toast Retail’s onboarding and setup experiences. Design AI-assisted workflows, data imports, bulk catalog management, and retail configuration tools. Conduct customer research, create interactive prototypes with AI tools, simplify complex data-heavy workflows, collaborate with product and engineering teams, apply Toast’s design system, deliver pixel-perfect UI, mentor designers, and shape product direction across Dublin and U.S. teams.

Own growth initiatives across Toast’s Guest products, beginning with onboarding and activation. Build tools that capture restaurant context, reduce human dependency, accelerate time-to-value, and drive campaign adoption and retention. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, onboarding, and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities, instrument funnels, and run experiments. The role involves AI-native product development using agents, LLMs, and structured knowledge stores.

Design, build, maintain, and monitor scalable backend and full-stack solutions for international mid-market restaurant customers. Ship features end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering, and iterate based on real-world usage. The role requires strong software development fundamentals, backend or full-stack experience, frontend integration skills, effective communication, agile delivery, and interest in AI-assisted development using LLM-based tools.
