Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, deploying, operating, and improving backend systems; owning production services; partnering with product and design; conducting code reviews; and mentoring engineers. The role focuses on reliable, maintainable, data-intensive systems operating at massive scale.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android POS payment integrations using Kotlin. Lead architecture and technical decisions, optimize secure mobile payment flows, integrate hardware SDKs, ensure PCI-DSS compliance, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor engineers. Collaborate across backend, product, UX/UI, and QA teams while improving reliability, observability, scalability, and development practices.
