Creates and produces video content for IT and AI audiences, from story discovery and scripting through filming, editing, approvals, publication, and performance analysis. Coordinates internal stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and event productions while adapting content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid placements. Develops repeatable video series, supports on-camera contributors, and uses audience metrics and AI tools to improve storytelling and production efficiency.

Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, business reviews, renewals, and expansion. Serve as a trusted product advisor, identify automation opportunities, monitor account health, mitigate risks, develop account and renewal plans, and communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering. Partner with Sales, Support, Marketing, and internal technical teams to increase platform usage and customer value.

Lead Professional Services engagements and enterprise customer onboardings involving complex use cases and large-scale migrations. Own project delivery from kickoff through UAT and closure, managing timelines, communications, risks, change, and stakeholders. Partner with Customer Success and engineering teams on adoption, expansion, success planning, and technical blockers. Improve internal processes, metrics, and delivery initiatives while using project-management, CRM, analytics, and AI tools to accelerate execution.
