Own the architecture, delivery, and operational health of internal developer platforms, CI/CD systems, observability, testing infrastructure, and AI-assisted development tools. Lead multi-quarter technical projects, shape roadmap and strategy with leadership, mentor engineers, and improve developer velocity through scalable tooling. Drive adoption of AI-powered developer capabilities, integrate third-party services, and provide long-term technical direction for the platform engineering organization.

Owns end-to-end proposal, RFP, and RFI processes for strategic and enterprise sales opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional inputs from Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Infosec, and Services; manages security questionnaires, due diligence, vendor registrations, and procurement portals. Produces accurate customer-facing documentation, supports deal execution, and improves RFP workflows and knowledge management using Salesforce, Slack, and related systems.

Lead multiple engineering teams building the Agents Platform, a reliable, low-latency foundation supporting models, voices, and downstream products. Drive complex projects, prioritize work with product and data teams, balance speed and scalability, scale engineering talent, monitor performance, and support career development. Partner with R&D to productionize AI technology and align platform delivery with business, growth, and revenue goals.
