Lead design, implementation and operation of enterprise backend and platform services. Own distributed, multi-tenant systems in production, ensuring security, compliance, observability and reliability. Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive cross-team initiatives, improve incident response and mentoring of engineers to support long-term platform scale and enterprise needs.

Build and own the speech and voice generation platform: backend orchestration for multiple TTS providers, voice discovery and recommendation systems, and frontend preview experiences. Scope and ship 0-to-1 features, iterate via experiments and feature flags, ensure reliability and quality across providers, and collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to measure and improve outcomes.

Lead and evolve Synthesia's experiential brand presence globally: design booths, spatial environments, signage, print and merchandise; create cohesive physical-to-digital event identities; storyboard and craft motion/screen content; manage production and supplier-ready files; direct vendors and on-site execution; collaborate with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready experiences.
