Partner with R&D to productionize AI technology and align platform delivery with business, growth, and revenue goals.

Develop and productionize avatar-centric video diffusion models: incorporate multimodal conditioning, enable real-time long video streaming, improve lip-sync and motion realism, build evaluation frameworks, collaborate with data teams, and translate research into product features.

Own the content lifecycle and governance for enterprise video deployments. Engage with customers to translate their needs into product direction and strategies. Ensure compliance and effective workflow between content creators and IT admins while driving towards commercial success through clear metrics and continuous product improvements.

Lead end-to-end technical direction for offline video generation: bridge pre- and post-training, resolve cross-cutting technical gaps, define long-term roadmap with research leadership, accelerate research-to-product handoffs, coach engineers, and drive execution on large-scale generative video models.

Design, build, and operate ML platform systems to train, evaluate, deploy, and serve generative models. Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and cost-efficiency of GPU and cloud workloads. Build internal tools and agent-friendly workflows, collaborate with researchers and engineers, and drive platform architecture and automation.

Lead research and engineering for interactive multimodal generative models (text, audio, video). Propose architectures, implement pretraining and post-training, optimize low-latency streaming systems, curate datasets, define evaluation metrics, and ship production models with runtime optimizations and ongoing improvements.

Lead and evolve Synthesia's experiential brand presence globally: design booths, spatial environments, signage, print and merchandise; create cohesive physical-to-digital event identities; storyboard and craft motion/screen content; manage production and supplier-ready files; direct vendors and on-site execution; collaborate with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready experiences.
