Own the content lifecycle and governance for enterprise video deployments. Engage with customers to translate their needs into product direction and strategies. Lead and grow a senior Application Security engineering team; define AppSec strategy and roadmap; engage deeply on threat modelling, security architecture, agentic/AI-native tooling, SAST/SCA, vulnerability management and automation; embed security into the SDLC, coordinate with leadership and partner teams, and represent AppSec externally for compliance and customer interactions.

Own growth for a core product area end-to-end (acquisition, activation, adoption, retention). Partner with product, engineering, marketing and GTM to design growth into the product, build acquisition loops, define measurable outcomes, and rally cross-functional teams to hit funnel and activation metrics.

Lead end-to-end technical direction for offline video generation: bridge pre- and post-training, resolve cross-cutting technical gaps, define long-term roadmap with research leadership, accelerate research-to-product handoffs, coach engineers, and drive execution on large-scale generative video models.

Build and operate large-scale data pipelines and orchestration for generative AI research, focusing on video/audio datasets, feature extraction, labeling, and dataset quality to improve model performance.

Lead and evolve Synthesia's experiential brand presence globally: design booths, spatial environments, signage, print and merchandise; create cohesive physical-to-digital event identities; storyboard and craft motion/screen content; manage production and supplier-ready files; direct vendors and on-site execution; collaborate with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready experiences.

Own and evolve the marketing website platform: design Sanity content schemas, build Astro components and design-token-driven UI, ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), SEO, localization and performance, extend tooling for AI-assisted composition, and ship end-to-end features from schema to production.
