The Principal Biostatistician leads biomarker-related statistical activities in clinical studies, develops evaluation plans, and performs complex data analysis, focusing on genomics and biomarkers.

Lead and deliver statistical activities across clinical trial lifecycle: prepare SAPs, generate randomization schedules, review CRFs and database design, coordinate biostatistics and programming teams, perform QC/verification, support regulatory interactions, mentor staff, and contribute to business development. Minimal travel.

Lead and deliver high-complexity pre-award feasibility assessments for global clinical trials across therapeutic areas. Independently analyze site-level data, prepare presentations/reports, support bid defenses, liaise with internal stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process and data asset development to support RFPs and feasibility strategy.
