Provide hands-on structuring, M&A and expansion support, oversee transfer pricing framework, manage Pillar Two and CbCR topics, drive tax governance and controversy resolution, and lead and develop the Tax Strategy team while partnering with Finance, Legal, Treasury and business stakeholders.

Provide hands-on structuring support for M&A, expansions and financing, oversee transfer pricing framework, manage major international tax topics (Pillar Two, CbCR), drive governance and controls, lead the Tax Strategy team, co-own controversies, and build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Legal, Treasury and business teams.

As an IT Internal Auditor at SumUp, you will plan and execute IT internal audits, assess IT general controls, prepare audit reports, and use data analytics to enhance audit efficiency. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to the development of internal audit methodologies while staying updated on technology standards and regulatory practices.
