Troubleshoot distributed systems, ingestion pipelines, search, analytics, and Cloud SIEM; manage P1/P2 incidents; collaborate with Engineering, SRE, and Product; contribute runbooks, automation, and knowledge base content; participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and follow-the-sun support.
