Maintain and develop the portfolio management system and its logic; mine and analyze company data; build monitoring tools for model performance and data accuracy; enhance data collection; design dashboards and reports; gather stakeholder requirements and deliver complex analyses to support strategic decisions; handle ad-hoc requests and provide team support.

Manage negotiation, execution, and day-to-day oversight of fund-level financing (subscription lines, NAV, hybrid). Maintain covenant/reporting trackers, resolve operational issues, drive process improvements, and partner with accounting, legal, IR, and tech to automate and scale workflows.

Provide portfolio analytics and reporting for private markets clients, manage client delivery cycles, review and sign-off on deliverables, lead ad hoc projects, and mentor junior staff. Coordinate with accounting, research, and investor relations to ensure timely, accurate reporting and maintain institutional knowledge and succession plans.
