Manage interim and annual financial statement production for alternative investment funds, including hedge, private equity, and real estate clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, technical reviews under US GAAP, IFRS, and Irish GAAP, team leadership, quality assurance, workflow planning, staff development, and support for new business integration.

Manages client-facing financial services projects involving new client onboarding, launches, and conversions. Responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating workstreams, managing schedules, risks, issues, governance, stakeholders, and client relationships. The role leads project calls and steering meetings, oversees operating model and conversion runbook signoff, coordinates legal and risk requests, manages resources and reports, and ensures regulatory, compliance, quality, and delivery standards are met.

Prepare and review ETF portfolios, deliver accurate and timely NAVs, resolve complex accounting and operational issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support fund onboarding, provide technical guidance, identify control weaknesses, and drive process improvements. The role also participates in client reviews and oversees key deliverables while maintaining strong standards for accuracy, risk management, and service quality.
