Lead transfer agency fund operations, including trade processing, fund setups, dividends, payments, reconciliations, and commissions. Ensure accurate and timely client and investor instruction processing, validate system outputs, identify process improvements, support technical programs and change initiatives, supervise colleagues, provide training, and deliver high-quality client service. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Transfer Agency expertise within a deadline-driven financial services environment.

Owns end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of client projects and change initiatives across EMEA Transfer Agency. Responsibilities include defining scope, managing plans, risks, budgets, stakeholders, vendors, governance, testing, training, implementation, and executive reporting. The role requires strong client engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination, while mentoring project managers and using AI tools to improve work efficiency.

Oversee fund accounting and reporting for private markets clients, including general ledgers, NAV calculations, financial statements, capital statements, fees, drawdowns, and distributions. Manage client deliverables, coordinate internal teams and external auditors, respond to client requests, and support process improvements. The role requires strong accounting expertise, client communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of private markets, US GAAP, and IFRS.
