Own and evolve Squarespace’s talent management portfolio, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, and skills initiatives. Lead strategy through implementation, manage complex cross-functional programs, facilitate talent conversations, and use data to improve outcomes. Build AI-enabled tools and workflows while balancing privacy, bias, employee experience, and human judgment. Partner with leaders and People teams through communications, enablement, and practical recommendations.

Build and maintain AI-driven support tooling and integrations: custom Zendesk apps, configure LLM-powered chatbots (Assembled), design conversation flows and fail-safes, connect support systems (Slack, Jira) via APIs or low-code platforms, and own production-ready automations and monitoring for Customer Operations.

Lead investigations and incident response using SIEM and SOAR, design detection alerts, perform threat hunting across endpoints, network, application and logs, analyze compromises and malware, build playbooks and security tools, share findings to improve product/security posture, and mentor junior team members.
