Lead the architecture and technical direction of VoIP infrastructure, build carrier-grade systems, troubleshoot live traffic, and coach junior engineers.

Design, deploy, automate, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Lead cloud architecture, ensure security and compliance, mentor engineers, troubleshoot production issues, and improve operational efficiency using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform/Ansible, and cloud provider services.

Lead a team of 5–10 technical support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues, manage escalations, enforce SLAs, analyze support KPIs, create knowledge base documentation, improve support processes, hire and train staff, and coordinate with accounts and engineering to maintain positive customer sentiment.

Design, implement, and operate global cloud voice networking: SIP/RTP flows, carrier interconnects, SBCs, VPNs, and multi-region AWS/Azure architectures. Optimize voice quality, run customer onboarding and connectivity workshops, automate provisioning with IaC, participate in incident response and HA/DR planning, and support capacity, scalability, and global expansion.

The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, improving systems scalability, deploying SaaS products, and mentoring junior team members, with a focus on automation and cloud security best practices.

Provide technical troubleshooting and support for Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform, investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, collaborate with engineering/product teams, maintain documentation, perform QA/testing, and meet SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction.
