Administer and improve EDR and SIEM platforms, tuning detection rules, correlation logic, endpoint policies, alerts, dashboards, and integrations. Maintain log collection, agent health, platform availability, and security visibility across endpoints, servers, cloud, and network systems. Support investigations, onboard new systems, convert security findings into monitoring improvements, track detection coverage, and produce documentation and runbooks.

Define and own product strategy and roadmap, use user research and data to prioritize a backlog, collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features, ensure business readiness and go-to-market alignment, track product metrics, and mentor team members.

Lead analytics to improve player experience, engagement, retention, and monetization. Analyze player lifecycle, run cohort and funnel analyses, design and evaluate A/B tests, build dashboards, define product metrics, investigate KPI changes, and partner with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and improve data quality.
