Design high-converting app store assets, including screenshots, custom product pages, app icons, promo banners, and advertising creatives for iOS and Android apps. Collaborate with ASO and user acquisition teams to turn marketing strategies into visual systems that improve downloads. Maintain scalable Figma design systems and component libraries, contribute to design quality standards, mentor junior designers, and work directly with international clients in a fast-paced agency environment.

Test web applications across frontends and APIs, validate AI-driven and asynchronous outputs, identify and document defects, maintain test documentation, and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with product, development, and customer support teams, using SQL and CLI tools, and contributing to test automation and software architecture discussions.

Research and prospect enterprise and C-level contacts through inbound and outbound channels, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and generate qualified sales meetings. The role owns pipeline and demo-booked targets, maintains accurate CRM records, collaborates with Sales on outreach strategy, and contributes to messaging and best practices. Successful performers may progress to Account Executive.
