Teams at Solidgate

Own HR operations tasks: end-to-end new-hire onboarding, maintain accurate HR data, coordinate performance review logistics, document people processes, track L&D, support employer branding, and build basic reports and dashboards for People team visibility.

Own and evolve platform-facing shared services (auth, notifications, audit/approval, file management, bulk ops, UI Kit). Work closely with engineers to design infrastructure and developer-facing solutions that enable other product teams and merchants, prioritize roadmap, and deliver reliable, scalable platform features.

The Tech Brand Manager will build and sustain an engineering community, create engaging technical content, represent Solidgate at events, and support engineers in public engagements while tracking metrics for community growth and content success.
