Business System Analyst responsible for translating product ideas into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. The role analyzes REST/JSON integrations, maps data flows, defines product logic and edge cases, and maintains system documentation. Working across product, engineering, and finance, the analyst will support tax and customer features for a global payments platform, with a potential path into Product Management.

Provide technical support and integration guidance to new and existing merchants throughout their payment lifecycle. Support L1 teams, participate in pre-sales calls, explain integration capabilities, and advise merchants on payment setups involving hosted payment pages, payment forms, digital wallets, routing logic, and data flows. The role requires strong communication, merchant focus, Postman and basic SQL knowledge, and the ability to manage urgent technical issues independently.

Build Solidgate’s ML/AI function from the ground up, developing real-time payment routing models and production pipelines. Own the full ML lifecycle from experimentation and A/B testing through deployment, while solving modeling challenges involving large-scale transactional data. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Platform teams to deliver measurable improvements in conversion, approval rates, losses, and revenue.
