Lead end-to-end UX for Foundation web products: conduct research, define information architecture and flows, create wireframes and prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, evolve design systems, and deliver polished visual and interaction design for complex, data-rich web tools.

The role involves leading the technical strategy for institutional adoption of Solana. This includes engaging with executives, driving standards, building relationships, and providing technical leadership in institutional-grade infrastructure development.
