Design and implement high-performance .NET 10/WPF desktop features, maintain .NET<->C++ interop via C++/CLI, profile and fix memory and UI-thread issues, refactor legacy modules, conduct code reviews, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate testing and documentation within Agile two-week sprints.

Develop and optimize high-performance image-processing algorithms and contribute to a cross-platform C++ core library for desktop, mobile, and web with emphasis on performance, code quality, and maintainability.

Respond to and resolve customer complaints and requests (primarily via email), assess customer needs, promote product benefits to convert users to paid customers, and provide actionable feedback to the product team.
