Own the React Native application end to end, including architecture, performance, releases, app-store presence, and roadmap. Lead and mentor two mobile engineers, establish technical direction, and collaborate on engineering and product strategy. Deliver polished iOS and Android experiences, run experiments, measure growth and retention impact, and iterate rapidly. The role may help expand the mobile team as the app grows.

Lead the company’s organic growth strategy across SEO, App Store Optimization, and AI search visibility. Drive clicks through data-driven experimentation, stay current with AI-driven search trends, and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams. The role may also involve managing or leading team members.

Own paid user acquisition for a consumer mobile app across international markets. Manage and optimize Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search campaigns; track CAC, ROAS, and LTV; allocate budgets; build reporting using spreadsheets, SQL, and dashboards; and guide ad creative iteration based on performance data. The role also involves market localization and optional B2B demand-generation campaigns.
