The way SharkNinja is different than a lot of places is the agency and the ability to make massive impact regardless of your position here. That’s something that I’ve never seen at anywhere else that I’ve ever worked.

I think SharkNinja really helps to foster career acceleration. And the best part about it is that you don’t have to ask for permission to really dive into an opportunity and challenge and take everything on to push yourself and grow. We’ve got different coaching tools and different support structures, so we’re always making sure not only are we bringing in the right team, but we’re continuing to fuel them and foster growth with all of the different resources that we bring.

I think the essence of SharkNinja is really the innovation and the creativity that our associates put into everything. We aim to make everything that we do a little bit better every time and are never really satisfied with the status quo.

The opportunities are endless. We’re constantly coming out with new products and building in new product categories — that opens up a world of opportunities for growth and challenge and that’s what I’ve loved so much about working here is I’ve learned so much, I’ve grown so much, and I think anyone who is inspired by that mindset and wants that for themselves is a good candidate for SharkNinja.

The thing that’s kept me here is the ownership that I have. The amount of impact that I can make and the speed at which we develop our products. The ability to just work on something, drive it with the team, and then see it on shelves at Target, Walmart, or wherever is just amazing.
