Partner with UKI sales leadership to manage sales operations: drive pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, territory and quota planning, and deliver data-driven insights. Lead planning cycles, automate processes, prepare QBRs, and present analytical recommendations to senior VPs to increase sales productivity and predictability.

Lead design and scaling of role mandates, competency frameworks, collaboration models, and organizational design governance for the Customer Excellence Group. Partner with CEG leaders, HR, and L&D to translate strategy into actionable role architecture, run Org Design Board governance, build role communities, and drive adoption across a global, matrixed organization.
