Drive B2B inside sales for ServiceNow’s enterprise cloud platform by prospecting new accounts, expanding existing relationships, managing sales opportunities, meeting quotas, generating pipeline, progressing complex sales cycles, and supporting renewals. Build relationships with influential contacts, understand business challenges, coordinate Solution Consultants and partners, maintain forecasts and account plans, and track sales KPIs. German fluency is required, with occasional travel for training or meetings.

Drive new business and expand usage of the Now Platform via strategic outbound prospecting and phone/video sales. Manage Commercial accounts, follow Value Selling, hit KPIs and quotas, collaborate with Solution Consultants and Renewals, mentor team members, forecast accurately, and occasionally travel for training or meetings.

Leads database performance and reliability engineering for large-scale production environments. Responsibilities include database strategy, query optimization, observability, automation, capacity planning, incident response, customer escalations, root-cause analysis, platform architecture, and continuous improvement. Manages and develops a high-performing engineering team, including recruitment, performance reviews, career development, prioritization, onboarding, and 24/7 on-call operations. Partners across application, infrastructure, and platform teams to improve scalability and resilience.
