Drive new business and expansion sales for ServiceNow’s commercial customer base. Prospect strategically, manage telephone-based sales opportunities, understand customer challenges, map solutions to business needs, progress complex sales cycles, and achieve revenue and pipeline targets. Collaborate with solution consultants, partners, renewals, and customer service teams. Maintain forecasts and account plans, support renewals, mentor colleagues, and occasionally travel for training or meetings.

Provide strategic employment-law counsel across EMEA on hiring, dismissals, employee relations, restructurings, works councils, investigations, privacy, litigation, M&A, and workforce transformation. Partner with People, Ethics, Compliance, and senior leadership; develop compliant policies, training, and AI-related employment programs; manage outside counsel; monitor legal developments; and help create legal-service workflows on the ServiceNow Platform.

Participate in a structured business development internship focused on prospecting, customer outreach, qualification, and early-stage pipeline generation. Engage prospects through phone, email, and social channels; identify buying group members, validate intent, schedule sales meetings, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Go-To-Market teams. Learn ServiceNow solutions, cloud and SaaS concepts, and AI-enabled outreach tools while completing a final project for leadership.
