Run the SMB sales motion across DACH: qualify inbound leads, run discovery and demo calls, manage full ~30-day sales cycle, close deals, maintain HubSpot pipeline, collaborate with BDR, product and onboarding, and provide market feedback to refine SMB playbook.

As a BDR SMB, you will build pipeline and generate opportunities for sales in the DACH region through high-volume outbound execution and cold calling, working closely with the GTM team.

As a Mid-Market BDR, you will identify and qualify accounts in the DACH region, engage stakeholders, and generate leads while collaborating with Account Executives.

Remote SMB BDR responsible for building pipeline and booking qualified meetings via high-volume outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn). Own a UKI & Benelux territory, run discovery calls, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, and hand off opportunities to AEs. Focus on hitting activity and pipeline targets, iterating outreach, and improving efficiency through data and feedback.

Lead end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS: frame problems, write specs, prototype in Figma/LLMs, pair with engineers, maintain component library, ship and verify production-ready features.
