Remote SMB BDR responsible for building pipeline and booking qualified meetings via high-volume outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn). Own a UKI & Benelux territory, run discovery calls, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, and hand off opportunities to AEs. Focus on hitting activity and pipeline targets, iterating outreach, and improving efficiency through data and feedback.

Provide first-line product support via chat for B2B SaaS customers, document bugs and recurring issues, perform pre-release QA, maintain the knowledge base, create release communications and videos, train Customer Success Managers, and continuously improve support processes.

Manage DACH customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, drive adoption and certification outcomes (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.), build CSM processes and tooling, coordinate cross-functionally, and create educational content to increase retention and revenue.

Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market DACH customers: drive renewals, expansions, onboarding to audit readiness, run QBRs, maintain account plans and forecasts in HubSpot, and translate compliance into business value.

Lead end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS: frame problems, write specs, prototype in Figma/LLMs, pair with engineers, maintain component library, ship and verify production-ready features.
