As a BDR SMB, you will build pipeline and generate opportunities for sales in the DACH region through high-volume outbound execution and cold calling, working closely with the GTM team.

As a Mid-Market BDR, you will identify and qualify accounts in the DACH region, engage stakeholders, and generate leads while collaborating with Account Executives.

Own and expand compliance frameworks within the Secfix platform, lead customer internal audits and ISO 27001 implementations, create compliance content, address framework gaps, and translate compliance needs into product improvements. The role also supports customer success, auditors, certification partners, and internal teams while managing multiple audits and maintaining delivery quality.

The role requires German and English fluency, hands-on GRC experience, project management, strong writing, and independent ownership.

Run the SMB sales motion across DACH: qualify inbound leads, run discovery and demo calls, manage full ~30-day sales cycle, close deals, maintain HubSpot pipeline, collaborate with BDR, product and onboarding, and provide market feedback to refine SMB playbook.

Lead end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS: frame problems, write specs, prototype in Figma/LLMs, pair with engineers, maintain component library, ship and verify production-ready features.
