SciPlay Employee Perspectives

How do your teams stay ahead of emerging technologies or frameworks?

We don’t chase every shiny object but when something real shows up, we move fast. SciPlay engineers get space to tinker, prototype and share what works and we build the minimum viable process to turn sparks into fire.

Can you share a recent example of an innovative project or tech adoption?

We’ve been building iteratively an internal developer platform that gives our partners fast and secure access to the tools and tech they need while minimizing red tape. It’s opinionated where we think it should be, flexible where it matters and it’s already shifting how partner teams deliver value.

How does your culture support experimentation and learning?

We reward taking chances, not just outcomes. From demos where half-built ideas get real feedback to curious nerds spending time just learning about potential solutions, SciPlay’s culture views curiosity as a leadership trait. Our best problem solvers don’t just ship features, they explore patterns worth repeating.
