Manage strategic B2B SaaS customers as their primary point of contact, maximize product ROI, advise on fraud and compliance best practices, translate technical challenges into solutions, monitor KPIs, and coordinate internal teams. The role requires strategic account management, customer-facing communication, project coordination, analytics, and expertise in fraud, payments, compliance, or AML/KYC, with a focus on banking customers and API integrations.

Build and own platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability; implement FinOps governance and cost optimization; enable developer productivity via internal tooling; define SLOs and improve system reliability while collaborating with security, finance, and product teams.

Sell Sardine's fraud and AML platform to Fortune 1000, financial institutions, fintechs and neo-banks. Build and qualify pipeline, run discovery, tailor demos with Solutions Engineering, manage complex multi-threaded sales cycles, lead negotiations and contracting, cultivate executive relationships across risk, compliance and technology, and provide market feedback to cross-functional teams.
