Provides end-to-end technical support for Sardine’s API-driven risk and payment platform. Troubleshoots customer issues involving APIs, SDKs, web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and SQL; communicates resolutions across support channels; escalates bugs to engineering; creates documentation and support tools; and advocates for customer needs and product improvements.

Build and own full-stack fraud investigation tools, working approximately 60% on backend and 40% on frontend development. Develop data-intensive applications, graph systems for visualizing fraud rings, performant search tools, technical data models, and production data pipelines. Translate complex systems into intuitive interfaces, collaborate cross-functionally, and independently deliver scalable features while maintaining system health and resolving bugs.
