Manage strategic B2B SaaS customers as their primary point of contact, maximize product ROI, advise on fraud and compliance best practices, translate technical challenges into solutions, monitor KPIs, and coordinate internal teams. Sell Sardine's fraud and AML platform to Fortune 1000, financial institutions, fintechs and neo-banks. Build and qualify pipeline, run discovery, tailor demos with Solutions Engineering, manage complex multi-threaded sales cycles, lead negotiations and contracting, cultivate executive relationships across risk, compliance and technology, and provide market feedback to cross-functional teams.

Design and build end-to-end ML systems for fraud detection: develop and deploy models, create production-ready features and real-time data pipelines, integrate with backend services, and ensure monitoring, security, and observability.

The Integration Engineer will manage client onboarding, lead integration efforts, analyze technical requirements, and provide support for product implementation.

This role involves analyzing complex datasets, developing metrics, building dashboards, and collaborating with teams to enhance fraud detection strategies using ML models.

Manage customer accounts, optimize product use, provide strategic guidance, and ensure compliance with risk and fraud solutions. Collaborate with internal teams for client needs.
