Senior Platform Engineer on a central Platform team responsible for onboarding and modernizing multiple SaaS brands. Lead migrations, implement IaC and CI/CD, improve observability, reliability, and cost, advise brand CTOs, contribute to central services, collaborate across app/infra boundaries, use AI coding tools in daily infra work, and participate in a lightweight on-call rotation.

The Senior Platform Engineer will lead infrastructure improvements, manage costs, ensure reliability and security, and support team collaboration on AI projects, all while building the platform roadmap.

Lead product roadmap and a small engineering/QA team for an acquired B2B SaaS brand. Own merchant-facing activities, onboarding, conversion and expansion motions, documentation and processes, and apply AI tooling across support, specs, docs, and analysis to drive growth.
