Create and upload customer invoices to meet deadlines, monitor and escalate overdue payments, process credit requests, liaise with sales and operations to resolve queries, support audits, monitor fuel surcharges, and assist allocation and credit control tasks.

Oversee daily transport operations including route planning, driver allocation, vehicle scheduling and maintenance. Monitor fleet performance, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, resolve delivery issues, maintain transport records, lead and train drivers, handle incidents, and collaborate with warehouse and customer-service teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
