Supervise a small warehouse team to load/unload, ship/receive, scan, sort, stock and store inbound stock, ensure safety and efficiency, complete bay checks, produce labels/paperwork, and maintain health & safety and MHE compliance.

Support hiring managers by sourcing candidates, screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, assisting with job postings, onboarding tasks, and participating in recruiting events and projects.

Manage day-to-day customer account operations for freight shipments: build and schedule loads, quote lanes, negotiate with carriers, track shipments, resolve incidents, and drive account growth while maximizing profitability and maintaining service levels.

Manage daily planning of vehicle movements and driver schedules using Qargo TMS. Optimize LTL/FTL routes, ensure UK/EU hours and tachograph compliance, assign jobs, handle disruptions, liaise with partners, and report vehicle and driver status to support fleet availability and cost-effective operations.
