Define methodologies, manage project portfolio and resources, liaise with senior stakeholders, drive change management, mitigate risk, and deliver executive dashboards and commercial proposals to meet strategic objectives.

Lead and coach Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) as a people manager, translating disease-area strategy into field engagement priorities. Drive insight-led customer engagement, monitor field activity and outcomes, ensure territory coverage and ethical practices, and use digital tools and data to surface insights and improve field effectiveness. Partner closely with Squad Leads, support development and wellbeing of PJPs, and optimize performance through coaching and capability-building.
