Lead RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem strategy, prioritizing integrations and strategic relationships based on customer demand, commercial value, and effort. Develop partnerships end-to-end, create creative go-to-market motions, support integration prioritization, measure ecosystem impact, and establish scalable models for inbound partner requests and lower-touch integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in a high-ownership remote startup environment.

Design and ship high-converting mobile paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat builders. Lead discovery, propose experiment plans, run multivariate tests, analyze results, and codify successful patterns into templates and content. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Advocacy; present findings publicly and advise internal teams on monetization UX best practices.

Build and scale the internal developer platform: create tools, services and automation (CI/CD, canaries, feature flags, access workflows) using IaC (Pulumi/Python) and Kubernetes to enable safe, fast shipping. Drive platform initiatives, mentor teams, lead AI tool adoption for engineering, participate in on-call and design/code reviews, and ship major improvements across the organization.
