Lead creation and execution of creative, account-specific ABM for large consumer apps: map and prioritize target accounts, build 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, partner closely with Sales, develop AI-native GTM workflows, own account journey metrics, and scale repeatable playbooks that generate high-quality conversations and pipeline.

Own go-to-market and adoption campaigns for developer-focused product areas: build lifecycle campaigns, design and optimize web pages, produce case studies and enablement, gather market insights, and run creative brand projects. Lead end-to-end product launches, collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and optimize self-serve funnels to drive activation, retention, and revenue.

Proactively explore RevenueCat data to identify customer problems and opportunities. Translate ambiguous product questions into analyses and production-grade predictive/descriptive models. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to shape roadmaps, define experimentation and benchmarking approaches, deploy and iterate on models powering customer-facing features, and communicate insights across technical and non-technical audiences.

Design, build, ship, and support backend services and end-to-end features focused on reliability, scalability, and performance. Debug production issues, write and debug SQL, follow testing best practices, collaborate in a remote team, participate in on-call, and contribute to architecture and roadmap decisions.

Lead and grow a distributed software engineering team to design, ship, and support web-based features. Balance new feature delivery, technical debt, and system improvements; perform hands-on code review and triage; collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support; hire, coach, and mentor engineers; and establish processes for iterative, high-quality delivery that meet customer needs and SLAs.

Build foundational agent infrastructure for an AI assistant: orchestration, tool execution, context management, evaluation, and trust/permissions. Ship reliable, observable, and secure backend systems, launch agentic features, own core infrastructure, participate in on-call, and mentor others.

Build and scale the internal developer platform: create tools, services and automation (CI/CD, canaries, feature flags, access workflows) using IaC (Pulumi/Python) and Kubernetes to enable safe, fast shipping.
