Teams at Resend

Build and operate Resend’s scalable AWS platform, infrastructure tooling, self-service workflows, deployment standards, and observability systems. Improve reliability, performance, and security; participate in incident response; automate operational work; and partner with engineers to create reusable infrastructure solutions. The role requires extensive infrastructure, platform, or SRE experience, infrastructure-as-code expertise, cloud and distributed-systems knowledge, and strong communication in a remote environment.

Build and maintain developer tools across SDKs, React Email, CLI, MCP, integrations, and supporting backend services. Collaborate on APIs, compatibility, testing, releases, documentation, and shared tooling. Support developers through GitHub issues and pull requests while designing reliable interfaces, error handling, and backward-compatible experiences. The role also involves operating systems with authentication, retries, rate limits, queues, monitoring, and error recovery.

Build and operate high-volume email transport infrastructure, including SMTP delivery, MTA systems, routing, retries, throttling, IP pools, reputation-aware delivery, and observability tools. Improve bounce and delivery classification, partner with Trust & Safety, support incident response, and participate in on-call operations. The role requires strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, with experience in high-volume delivery systems preferred.
